I LOVE to see the TEMPLE!

The other day Amber (roomate) and I walked from the Tabernacle up to the Logan Temple because we were bored. It was right as the sun was going down and the temple looked absolutely gorgeous. They are doing some construction on the front of the temple so it is all blocked off and I had to sadly take pictures through the gate. Its a good thing I have small arms. (haha!) Here are just a few of the ones I took and then Lisha did some of her photo skills on them. I LOVE them!!

P.S. This is my roomate Amber. She is from Virginia and I pretty much LOVE her! She has been so fun to live with this summer. I am sad that August 1st is approaching and we will just have to be neighbors instead of roomies.

How It All Started...

Tyler and Tashie's paths crossed one September day,
while golfing on the Birch Creek Fairway.
Tashie was with another date,
I guess you could have called it fate.
Tashie's date and Tyler were good friends,
And this is where their story begins.
At first glance Tashie thought Tyler was a catch,
Perhaps they could make a perfect match?
Now on hold number fourteen
Is where things got really mean.
In some trees, Tashie was trying to get out,
She hit the golf ball, and then heard a shout.
She had hit the ball, it hit the cart, and then bounced off a tree,
It then struck Tyler's arm blatantly.
At that moment Tash felt like she could have ran away,
Too darn bad she had four holes left to play.
After the game was over,
Tyler came over and showed Tashie his shoulder.
It had already begun to turn black and blue,
Tashie felt sick, like she had the flu.
Tyler then asked the other two to dinner,
He must have already thought Tashie was a winner.
Tash was embarrassed, so of course she said no.
Why the heck would she want to go?
A few days later Tash received a text,
It was Tyler, he wanted to know when he could see her next.
On September Nineteenth was their first official date.
Tash was so excited, she could hardly wait.
Dinner at Firehouse and the demolition derby,
The night was so fun, it went by in a hurry.
The two hit it off and continued to date after that night,
After two months they new it felt right.
The proposal took place on the Twentieth of December.
It will be a day the two will forever remember.
Fiver months later, now it's May,
Who would have thought they'd be getting married today?
And what do you know, all this love had begun,
With a lovely game of hit and run.
